All of our products are shipped directly from Jamaica where the good stuff are.  All regular packages are shipped using standard packaging options and utilizing the services of the Post Office.  Where available, Express Mail Shipping is the preferred option, otherwise regular airmail will be used unless the purchaser requests other options.   Please note that international courier and express mail are available upon request.

All alcoholic beverages are shipped by International Courier Service and will therefore attract a higher shipping cost.  Due to the fragile nature of these items every effort will be made to package properly in an effort to reduce breakage.   

Goods will be processed and shipped three days after receipt of an order and usually on Tuesday.  Deliver times are estimated as follows:

Express Mail  -               5 days  (available upon request - additional fees will apply)                                                                Airmail -                         10-14 days                                                                                                                                           To the Far East -            4 - 5 weeks (most times sooner)

To Southeast Asia -        Approximately 1 month.                                                                                                              

Please, all our shipments are guaranteed to be delivered (except there be unexpected natural occurrences such as hurricanes, earthquakes etc.)  You will find that in most cases you will receive your product/s sooner than the quoted durations above.

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes and ask that you give full addresses including zip codes and telephone numbers to ensure the safe and speedy delivery of your package.  We will not be responsible for any losses if an incorrect address was received from client. 

Shipping Costs                                                                                                                                                            Shipping costs will be calculates as you add items to your cart.  We suggest that you stay above $50.00 minimum so you can save on shipping costs.        

Delivery                                                                                                                                                                            Orders will be acknowledged within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt.  Once your order has been shipped an email will be sent to you advising of the date of shipment and giving you a tracking number.  We ask that customers advise us once the package has been received in good order. 

Packages will be considered delivered after one month unless otherwise advised by you. 

If items are delivered broken or damaged or an incorrect item is shipped then Fine Tings will replace the item at our expense. 

Returns/Replacement/Refund                                                                                                                                             We will only accept returns if items arrive damaged or defective, or if an incorrect item is shipped. 

Items unclaimed or returned to sender will only be reshipped if buyer is willing to bear the full cost of reshipping.  

Duties & Taxes                                                                                                                                                                   Fine Tings is not responsible for taxes or duties on international orders
