Olde Jamaica Fruite and Rum Cake

Approximately 8 - 24 ounces of goodness, the Olde Jamaican Fruit & Rum Cake is a family favourite that is eaten by the young and the old.  Baked to granny’s old traditional recipe, the ingredients are mixed fruit and peel, flour cinnamon, margarine, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, lime and of course the famous Jamaican White Over proof Rum.  The Jamaican Fruit Cake is cured by the white rum and can last for up to a year if kept refrigerated.
